Bellamina is a spacious luxury one bedroom apartment in a quiet peaceful location only 5 mins walk into Kalkan centre. No taxis needed. It is built and furnished to a very high standard with full airconditioning. The open plan living area is light, cool and spacious with a French door which opens on to a balcony with a table and 2 chairs to enjoy light meals, or to sit out and enjoy a glass of wine under the stars,with a wonderful sea view overlooking Kalkan Old Town and the bay. It also enjoys its own spacious side private sun terrace with 2 sun beds and a large parasol with a table and 2 chairs.

The living area is spacious and air conditioned with a high ceiling. It has a comfortable matching armchair and three seater sofa which converts to single bed. There is a glass topped dining table with 4 chairs, all the furniture is a very high standard manufactured in traditional Turkish wrought iron style.There is also a LCD satelite TV, a marble topped coffee table and an occasional table with a standard light.

The well equipped kitchen area has ample matching wall and base units with granite work tops. Appliances include a gas hob with extractor fan, oven, washing machine, microwave, larder fridge with ice compartment, and a full range of quality utensils, crockery and glassware.

The large air conditioned bedroom is bright and airy with 2 windows. It has a king size bed with good quality linen. Bedside tables with table lights and wall lights, a large triple wardrobe with full length mirror and a security safe for cash and valuables. A dressing table with stool and wall mirrow with light. There is also a bookcase with a selection of paperbacks and a quality CD player with a selection of CD`s.

There is spacious fully tiled bathroom with enclosed cubicle power shower unit. A washbasin with mirror and wall light and WC. Also a storage cupboard housing iron, ironing board, clothes airer, etc.

Good quality towels and bedlinen are provided PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS. The apartment will be fully cleaned for arrival and ongoing twice weekly including a full linen and towel change. All rubbish and waste bins will be emptied daily.

Area description

Bellamina is situated on the prestigious Emir Apartment development of only 19 units stone built to very high standard with a very pleasant and private exterior and not overlooked from outside the grounds. There are two large freshwater swimming pools surrounded by spacious sun terraces with comfortable sun beds and parasols for the use of guests. The enclosed grounds feature a number of sun bathing terraces and landscaped gardens with flowering plants and shrubs. Also 'Bellamina' has its own private  terrace enjoying sun all day,with 2 sun beds, a parasol and an outside  dining table with two chairs.

The location is superb, peace and quiet yet only a short 5 minute walk into the very picturesque Kalkan Old Town with quaint shops and superb restaurants, and the harbour and pebble beach. There are two excellent mini market shops within a few minutes walk. No need for taxi's or a hire car unless you wish to explore places away from Kalkan.

Monday change over preferred, however other days would be considered.

Cancellation policy

The 25% booking deposit is non refundable.

Balance of rental is due 8 weeks prior to departure which is non refundable.

In addition to the 5% Enjoy Kalkan Discount. an additional 10% discount will be given for all reservations of 14 consecutive days with a Monday arrival/departure.

If required consideration will be given to changes of check in check out times.

Deposits

Non refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental is required to confirm a reservation.

The resident management couple live on the premises, and will be there to welcome you, whatever time day or night that you arrive, and give any help or advice during you stay.
