With OUTSTANDING panoramic sea views, Kalkan Breeze is a luxury apartment accommodating up to 5 people, located in a small complex of 9 apartments in the exclusive Komurluk area of Kalkan.  It is just 10-15 minute walk from Kalkan centre and has the most amazing views of the Harbour to the right and Mediterranean Sea out to the left.  This makes the location is second to none.  The stylish apartment is furnished to a very high standard and extremely well equipped.   A front balcony spans the width of the apartment and a side terrace provides space for outside dining or enjoying a cocktail while taking one of the amazing sunsets.  The apartment shares a pool with a  large terrace furnished with wooden sun beds and parasols.  

Inside the apartment, the bright, spacious open plan living area has ample lounge seating for 6 with 2 sets of double doors opening onto the balcony.  The dining area consists of a round granite top table and 6 chairs.  There are 2 good sized bedrooms, one with a king size bed and 1 with twin beds.  Both bedrooms have full en-suite shower facilities and there is also a separate WC off the living area for guests.  There is an additional sofa bed in the alcove of the living room which can be curtained off as a third bedroom if required.  Air conditioning throughout, TV, DVD, digital safe and luxury kitchen all combine to make this apartment the perfect base for your Kalkan holiday.

Area description

Located in exclusive Komurluk, a favourite area of Kalkan.  This is the ideal spot for peace and quiet and no need to hire a car because it is just 10-15 minutes walk from Kalkan centre.   150 metres from the apartment is the popular Palm Beach Club with its bathing platforms, water sports, bar and restaurant and a water taxi linking Komurluk with Kalkan harbour.

Kalkan, once a small fishing village, nestles at the foot of the Taurus Mountains around a picturesque harbour.  Popular for it's amazing eating experiences, Kalkan has an abundance of restaurants, catering for all tastes with menus varying from traditional Turkish cuisine to gourmet fine dining.  Produce is all fresh and sourced locally.   Enjoy wandering the cobbled streets and browsing in the many of boutiques and craft shops.  While the ladies are shopping, the gents can get themselves a traditional shave and haircut.  For those who are a bit more adventurous, why not try the Turkish baths.

Around the local area there are many historical sites to explore.  Just 20 mins by car or by Dolmus you can visit the ancient ruins of Patara with its amphitheatre and Patara Beach, an 18km stretch of beautiful sands and breeding grounds for the Loggerhead Turtles.  For the adrenalin junkies, why not try paragliding from the mountain tops.  Gulet day trips are a very popular way of exploring the area by sea and scuba diving is available should you wish to explore below sea level.

The initial deposit is non-refundable.

£100 per week with balance due 8 weeks prior to departure.

Other fees

£200 refundable breakages deposit. £25 charge will be made for payments outside the UK. 

Our price includes a full twice weekly linen and cleaning service and daily rubbish disposal.  We also have an English speaking representative to assist you and we provide a welcome pack with essentials for your arrival.

We supply shower towels but do request that you bring your own beach towels.

The Turkish Government levies a £10 per person charge (incl. infants) for a visa for all
British nationals arriving in Turkey. This is payable at the airport, before passport control,
in £Sterling (Scottish notes are not accepted).

Other policies

There are a number of steps on the property so Kalkan Breeze is not suited to people with mobility difficulties.  Please also note that the swimming pool does not have a shallow end so may not be suitable for small children.

We can arrange your airport transfers or recommend car hire.  Please ask for details.  Parking is provided at the property should you choose to hire a car.
