Spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa, air conditioned throughout, with Private Pool.

The whole of Villa Katmar is tastefully furnished to a high standard and has all the modern conveniences for you to enjoy your holiday in Kalkan.   The villa is ideal for families as well as couples holidaying together, with bedrooms split over three levels, each having its own furnished balcony or terrace. Accommodating 8 people comfortably in 4 bedrooms, three double and one twin. There are three bathrooms one is ensuite and there is an additional washroom.

The open plan lounge has ample seating for all and is equipped with Satellite TV  and surround sound music system. The Kitchen is equipped with every modern convenience and there is a seperate utility room.

The private pool is surrounded by an ample terrace which is furnished with cushioned loungers and parasols and has a barbeque and dining table under a covered pergola for your alfresco dining.

A secluded chill zone surrounded by gardens has comfortable furniture and hammocks, the perfect retreat from the midday sun. A second lounge is on this level. 

The roof terrace offers stunning views of Kalkan Bay, the Mediterranean sea and islands and the beautiful Taurus mountains, a wonderful spot for enjoying a sundowner and watching the gulets return to Kalkan harbour.

Services provided. Pool and garden daily. Mid week clean and weekly clean.  Welcome hamper is provided on arrival and a mobile phone for your use at the villa. Safety deposit box.

Area description

 The villa is situated on the Kiziltas hillside in a peaceful location,  yet only 3 minutes by taxi, 15 minute walk to the delights of Kalkan centre.

Kalkan once a small fishing village is now a sophistacted holiday destination catering for the discerning traveller. In the old town, with its narrow winding streets leading to the picturesque harbour, you will find shops selling rugs, antiques, jewelry and clothes, small bars and an abundance of restaurants many of which have roof tops, with stunning views.

Beaches, Kalkan Beach, the town has a small pebble beach, awarded 'blue flag' status, there are also beach clubs at Kalamar Kisla and Kormurluk with bathing platforms , water sports and bar and restaurant facilities. 

Kaputas Beach this beautiful cove is 15 minute drive or take a boat from the harbour. Patara Beach has 18km of unspoilt golden sand and is 25 minute drive away, or book on the local bus. Saklikent Gorge walking through the gorge, rafting on the river, or relaxing by the river at one of the fish restaurants is 25 drive.

Kalkan is on the Lycian Way and there are many walks starting at Kalkan, some of the nearby sites are at Xanthos, Letoon, Patara, Tloss and Myra.

Required stay

Change over day is flexible, but in high season we do not accept bookings of under 1 week

Cancellation policy

We require 25% deposit at time of booking along with flight details this deposit is non returnable.

Balance due 60 days prior to departure. 

The terms of cancellation after this has been paid are.

• More than 8 weeks deposit only
• less than 8 weeks deposit + 20% of balance
• less than 6 weeks deposit + 40% of balance
• less than 4 weeks deposit + 60% of balance
• less than 2 weeks deposit + 80% of balance
• less than 1 week deposit  + 100% of balance

Should we not receive the balance of the payment when due we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

A £250 refundable damage bond is required when due balance is paid.

This will be refunded within 10 days of your departure if no major damage is reported and agreed between you and our agent in Kalkan.
