My first post-a bit nervous-but have been enjoying this forum for months. Very entertaining & informative.We''ve been to Kalkan on 3 occasions- Kulube with Tapestry for the first 2 visits-some great deals-then went independent last year in the hottest June!! Booked our flights when we got back-through recommendations on this forum-thank you! but need some ideas for accommodation-we are a couple and would love an apartment/villa/small friendly boutique hotel? near the town-the walk to & from Kulube was a bit of a killer!

can anyone give me any feedback re Korsan apartments? where are they located? Any info appreciated. Thanks

Hi Suki - Korsan apartments are located very close to town - just along the Kalamar road - so ideal location - no need for taxis and a fairly level short walk back after a good meal!!

Perhaps Sally or Winlanton Mag would like to answer this question? They have both stayed there and are both couples are returning to the Korsan this year.
I would, but I am biased - we liked them so much we bought an apartment there!!!

Jayne, you are right, advertising is not allowed, that is why I asked people who I know have stayed at the Korsan to reply to the question and I explained why I was not.

A huge thank you to everyone who replied to my post-we have now found an apartment-only problem-have got to wait 6 months for our hols! Be great to meet any of you who are in Kalkan 13/9 to 27/9/08.

Thanks again-this is just such a fab forum! I will just have to get my Kalkan fix by reading all the wonderful posts on here.
