General location

Hello all. Can anyone give a rough idea of walking distance from Villa Rosa (up from Kalamar road) to the old town- and terrain!

Just seen a Villa Rosa on Owners Direct TK712, but can't work out the exact location. My guess it would be a leisurely 15 min walk downhill to the old town. Our own apartment is off Kalamar road so at night after meals etc it's a taxi ride home.

[Villa Pisces]

Villa Rosa belongs to friends of ours and it is a short walk into Kalkan with no steep hills to climb.  It is also easy to walk from here to the market and/or bus station.  |It is not far from the Kalamar Road if you take the road by the Chinese Restaurant and its actually on the Kalkan side of the new School.  An ideal location as there are restaurants and shops in the Kalamar Road within easy reach.
