villa rental needed Oct 20 - Jan 3

We have sold our villa but need to stay in Kalkan until about Jan 3 (could be up to Jan 15).  We need to rent a 3-bd villa starting approximately Oct 29.  With internet, TV and preferably with alarm system but not mandatory. We also have a small dog of 5 kilos. She is old (15.5 yrs), doesn't climb on furniture, doesn't bark, doesn't pee in the house, sleeps most of the day in her dog bed on the floor.

Note:  We can also consider a large 2-BD apt as long as it has a bit of garden, TV and some kind of heating. Plus accepting our little 5 kg dog.  We would pay for all utilities, cleaning inc of garden and rent.
