Change of Name on Tapu

Can anyone give some advice on how to change a name on our Tapu?  When we bought our villa we were not married so the Tapu was issued in my and my partner's names.  We have since married so do we need to change the names on the Tapu and how do we go about it?  Any help with this would be much appreciated.
