Property Maintenance & Cleaning Required

Hi Everyone,

I know this has been asked many times before but firms and staff change.  I've been using a firm for nearly 5 years and they have become very lackadaisical and I need to change.

I've got a small 3 bed villa with a private pool and need someone to look after the property, clean, pay bills etc.  I may also use them to meet and greet guests (but not essential if the villa is well looked after).

Obviously, I need reliability and reasonable prices but mainly someone I can trust.

Please let me know your thoughts on people/firms that you would recommend or wouldn't touch with a barge pole! (Please PM me about prices or ones you would suggest I avoid).

Hi ............The twins at Foto very reliable guys and very trustworthy.
                 Mustafa (owner of Alternatif property and restaurant )......again he is so on the ball and his business partner is Jane (who owns and runs Café Leon ) They are both 100 % reliable and trustworthy.
                 Korsan property...one of the biggest in Kalkan
                 Rudi...of Kalkan property experience...based up on the D400 in the shop units that are in front of Arcelik........all good

There are so many and hope you get a few more suggestions.

I'd endorse the recommendation for Korsan Property. We've used them for 10 years and they are always responsive and reliable. Because they are so big, they have a large workforce, so there's always cover. They have their own electrician and, I believe, plumber. Their cleaners are superb - so much so that when I win the lottery, I will pay to fly them to and from Turkey so they can clean my house here!
