Thinking of buying a villa

Hi, Can anybody give me any info on a builder called Aslan , we are thinking of buying from him, he seems to be well liked and trustworthy any comments ?

We bought an apartment at ''Emir Apartments'' direct from Aslan, in 2006.

He was very straight forward to deal with and we are delighted with the quality of the building work
completed by his Building Company.

We purchased our apartment at the Emir development from Aslan two years ago and it was trouble free.
His team of builders and office staff are excellent.  All of the additional building works we requested were completed to a very high standard.

Aslan manages the Emir development for an annual maintenance charge which includes all repairs and decorations, maintenance of swimming pools and gardens etc. and also provides maid services for our guests.

We also bought at the Emir direct from Aslan and it had been straight forward and the property is well built. He has been in the town for a long time and has built a lot of property.
