We got both of ours from them as well, good price, delivered on time . We purchased the 1st 4-5 years ago (still going strong) and a 2nd one last month.

having investigated the prices locally - I bought my Vestel one from Hepsi Burada - online store and they delivered for nearly free - amazing value and service (google them!!) and cheaper than locally!

Hi Felicity thank you have googled them and they are a lot cheaper but will have to try and goggle translate my way through the site,looking at model sunny AT-910 .

Purchased one quite a while back ,  only problem is  it only works with EFES ,  but we are happy to put up with it !

I'm with you......a water cooler that dispenses Efes........I'd want my money back !!!......then again,lets think about this for a second.......ummm,i don't like making a fuss,so maybe i'll put up with it this time...rude not to !

We got ours from Arcelik and the staff offered us a slight discount,as it only dispensed Efes...and not water !

 I think that sounds like a plan Brian..........maybe a triple adaptor is what we need for Efes,wine and water.....if arcelic don't sell them,i'll find someone that does....turks are very entrepreneurial aren't they........im sure the market will have them ( amongst the jeans and t shirts )

Stuart - when I ordered mine - I got a turkish friend to help me with the online order and I recall that they needed payment with a turkish credit card which my turkish friend did and i simply gave him the money...but you may now be able to pay with any credit card or maybe even a turkish bank debit card...easy peasy!! Alternatively if you dont feel comfortable doing it online (I wont hesitate to do it again!) then it is at least a bargaining position locally!

Maybe worth remembering that if you buy locally from Arcelik or Bosch at least if there is a problem or you need a repair you get local service

You are also buying named brands and not a cheaper one that you have never heard of.

Don't know if service  is available if you buy online

Out of interest how much roughly do they cost?

The Arcelik one I purchased in March cost 530TL it wasn't the cheapest that Arcelik sell but the next model up (5L cooling capacity)
