I tried the wash facility, it''s ok but it is just as easy to wash the bowl by hand and wipe the lid over. Mind you, my husband did suggest that we could use it for washing our smalls!!!! LOL
I don''t think so, but the cleaning action is very similar to a washing machine, gently agitating.
I also find using pyrex dishes or cooking bags/wrapping food in foil means the glass oven stays clean. Very impressed with with it. The price is good too, I bought two as there was a good discount.

Hi Joan

Funny your husband mentioning washing smalls in your new table top stove, according to the lady that cleans our apartment in kalkan, that the guests had been boiling their smalls in one of our saucepans!! How gross is that?

That could be a new topic for the forum, The bizarre behaviour of guests to your villa or apartment.

Just an up-date. I am loving the Halogen oven, I use it virtually everyday. We took the spare one to Kalkan and it is perfect.
I recently bought an accessory kit for it from Cooper''s of Stortford. it has a steamer, frying dish, toaster and a ring you use to raise the lid so you can roast larger joints/chickens etc. Can definitely recommend to your friends in The Close, Kalkan4eva!!! I will buying a second set to bring out with me.
