When is the date when all noisy building work finishes before the start of the new season?

The 15th April is the last day by which any noisy work must finish.
Allegedly the building materials suppliers have been told there must be no deliveries of materials by tractor after this date.
If you are aware of noise you should report it to the Belediye
If people let it go without complaining and stopping it immediately, we will end up with the usual prolonged "we will be finished tomorrow" pleas from people and work will continue
Only essential maintenance work is allowed

Kevincat99 may be correct regarding building work being finished by mid April though I had been told 28 April, however a problem is the D400 work which on the east side of Kalkan drowns any other building work and it has been confirmed that this work will continue throughout the summer.
