Gym
« on: March 05, 2008, 09:06:19 AM »
Just to let you know that a new gym has recently opened in Kalkan.  It is behind the Yali supermarket at the back just over the Atlantis hammam.  I took a look at it the other day and it is quite spacious and has lots of equipment.  The free weight machines are a little on the naff side (you can see the staples and they don''t look the best quality) however the running machines and the bicyles etc look very good.  They also have mats and fitballs and the view through the large picture windows of the bay is stunning.  They haven''t yet got a/c but they assure me that they will have by the summer.  There are toilets and showers and so for all you gym rats..it might be worth a visit!!  They do monthly memberships (as well as 3, 6 and year) and also occasional visits - 10ytl per day.

Cheers!

Felicity, do you get a view into the Gym from the road at the back?
I quite like the idea of watching people working out. LOL

Hi Marisar - if you do a search - I think there was some discussion on Pilates and Yoga on another thread that take place in the new gym!

Cheers!
