Villa Maintenance - Any recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a management and maintenance company that are reliable and do a really good job?  We have a 3 bed 3 bath villa and need weekly cleaning and linen change plus daily pool and garden maintenance.  Also paying bills etc.  We would prefer an all inclusive price so if anyone has any recommendations please pm me.
