Hi

Just a general query on last years tax system not the new one starting this year.  I know the 15% rate of tax applies to income 0 - 13000 TL and 20% from 13001 - 30000 TL but does  the percentage tax rate (15% or 20%) depend on the net or gross rental income.  e.g.  if your gross income was 20,000 TL and your expenses 10,000 TL  giving you a net income of 10,000TL is the tax rate charged at 15% or 20% on the income?
