How do I resize images for the photo gallery?

To upload an image into the EnjoyKalkan photo gallery, the image must not be greater than 800 x 600. To resize your image for upload please follow the details below. This tutorial is based upon the excellent, free, Paint.Net software which can be downloaded from here

• Once you have installed Paint.net, select the FILE menu, now select OPEN and select the image you wish to load.
• Once your photo has been loaded you shall see it in the paint picture window. Select the IMAGE menu, then within there select RESIZE
• In the image resize dialogue box, select BY ABSOLUTE SIZE ensuring you have a tick in the Maintain Aspect Ratio box. You can now type a size based on PIXEL SIZE in the Height and Width box (do not worry about the resolution setting) Select a Width of 600 pixels and you should notice the height chance to 800 automatically. Click OK to return to your newly resized image
• Now select the FILE menu, and SAVE AS (to ensure you do not overwrite your original photo) Save the file somewhere easy to access and select SAVE.

Your image is now ready for upload to EnjoyKalkan
