Dear friends and Kapsa members,
It is with much sadness that we have to inform you that İbrahim Bilgin Özsün passed away yesterday afternoon (07/09/2012.) Bilgin Bey was a great animal lover and a founding member of KAPSA.
He will be much missed.
His funeral will be held in Kalkan on Monday at 13.15.
Because of his deep love of animals Bilgin Bey’s family have placed an advertisent in the newspaper requesting that instead of flowers donations may be made to Kapsa. We would like to thank them for considering us at such a difficult time and our thoughts are with them.
