Internet Banking - Advice needed

I need to pay a local bill in Turkish Lira but don't have enough lira in my Deniz bank account. I also have a sterling account at the same bank and would like to transfer money from the sterling account into the lira account. Can I do this over via internet banking and if so could someone talk me through the online process.

Hi Brandongirl.
Login to your Deniz Bank Account online.
Go to:
Investment Transactions.
Exchange.
Sell.
Select your FX Account (GBP) - to transfer from.
Select your TL Account - to transfer to.
Enter the amount that you want to transfer either in TL or in GBP.
Then click 'Perform the Process'.
