Hello everyone what a super site I am just in the process of buying one of the villa''s next to the Regency hotel, but have been staying at the hotel for the past 7 years. I would like to chat with anyone who has just bought one of these villa''s and is there anything I need to beware of. Also where is the best place to buy furniture in Kalkan?

Hi and welcome,

 depending on what style of furniture you like and require, there is Kelebek along the Kas road, Adda in the town itself and there is Need also in the town who can get hold of Ikea items for you.  There of course are always the local carpenters mostly in Yesilkoy who will make items for you to your requirements.

Hi Sue, Do you mean the Villa at the Oliver Apartments? I bought one of the apartments last year and am thrilled with it, I will email you directly with my furnishing adventures! Actually all rather easy, just a lack of choice sometimes.

Hi Jik and Sue,

I also bought an "Oliver apartment" last October, and have just about finished furnishing it for our first guests. Nice to find the other Oliver owners on here,
and if there is anything I can do to help with  furnishing suggestions, just let me know. I would be delighted to help.
