Am looking to sell my villa and would like recommendations of estate agents in Kalkan for valuation and sale.

As there are so many & they check out each others websites anyway suggest you try pwrhaps 2 or 3. Have you thought of selling privately?

Hadn't thought about a private sale but that would be a good idea.  Any recommendations of where I could advertise apart from this site of course?  TIA

Hi, friends of Kalkan Holiday accommodation Facebook page or buy sell and swap Kalkan you will have to join the groups first in order to advertise but I’ve seen villas etc for sale on both of them.
