Title: What is your No.1 'Must Do' on a holiday/trip to Kalkan?

I can't offer one as I will be arriving in Kalkan on 17/08 for our first family holiday here!

Seems we like eating in the same places, have you tried Adem's? His spicy mashed potato is wonderful, and as for his Fruit Creme Brulee... mmm heaven.
