BEER
« on: August 15, 2010, 08:15:21 PM »
The Moonlight Bar, and many others, do a bottled beer and I just cannot remember the name. Desperado keeps coming to mind but that's from Alsace. HELP!

Very good my friend!
Desparados is, I'm sure, made in Stausburg by Fischer who make one of my favourite beers called Fischer Blonde - 6% and comes in the old Grolsch style bottles.
One of the things I always look forward to when going to the great white lake in February!
Is the Mariachi available in the UK would you know please?

I thought Desparados was the Eagles ;D

However on a more serious note I would like to recommend Blue Lizard for the "Enjoy Kalakan Helper" status as he always knows the answers to the most pressing questions on the site :D :D

Another one to consider - 'Bomonti'.  Made by Efes, it comes in a tall bottle and has a very refreshing and almost appley taste.  Not sure if Antonio Banderas ever played a character with this name, but it's worth looking out for.
