Flowers

I was thrilled to see a flower shop had opened in Kalkan but have now had two disasters in ordering flowers.  The first were for a friends anniversary which were not delivered, I then called in twice during the day and they still weren't ready resulting in a refund.  Today my sister went in to get some flowers for me and was charged 280 TL for an arrangement that would have cost £20 at home basically 7 Lillie's and about half a dozen Gerbera with some greenery and the flowers are not long for this world. I am trying to not judge harshly as want to encourage new local businesses but is this normal pricing for flowers in Turkey?
