Chilled and wrapped in plastic bags in the cases - then freeze them when we get there :)
I would also add, next year we are going to buy our bacon in Gourmet Pork - looked nice quality and would mean more room for my blingy sandals :)
Better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than to open it and remove all doubt :)

We buy it the day before we go.. kept in fridge overnight NOT FROZEN .wrap packs in resealable bag and put it in supermarket bag and stick it in the side pouch of suitcase(pork pouch) A bin liner in your case will do if you don't have a pork pouch and will stop you stinking like a butchers...when you get to kalkan you can then freeze what you like..(pork once frozen and then unfrozen has to be eaten and cant be refrozen so you will have to eat it all at the start of your holiday)..On arrival we freeze half and have it first week and the rest the following week ;)

Ditto really, double wrapped in carrier bags as well as original packaging then wrapped in a tea towel and secreted within the clothes in the middle of the case, just before its time to set off. They were still chilled when we arrived here.

If you can get the small chiller bags for eg coca cola can,/beer cans, chill your goodies inside the bag then wrap & pack. So many chiller lunch bags about now, very useful..
