Heard at New Year whilst in Kalkan that Paprika Restaurant will not be open this summer.  Disappointing for those that enjoyed the jazz nights.

Oh No!

The Paprika Jazz Night was on my "to do list" the last few times but I never got round to it  :(

Does anyone know wht it has closed. We had two very enjoyable evenings in Paprika last year and were looking forward to visiting it again this year.

Without going into too much detail I understand that the owners wife, who manages the kitchen and supervises all aspects of the food side of the business, is unlikely to be able to devote as much time to the restaurant this year as previously.

Rather than let standards slip they have elected not to open this coming season.

What a shame - we really enjoyed the wonderful singer and guitarist that entertained us there last September, the atmosphere was so relaxing.
